Ring In The New Year Challenge

Starting November 28th, FrontFundr Financial Services Inc. will be running a campaign referred to as ‘Ring in the New Year,’ for the 16 days, ending on December 13th. FrontFundr will conduct a draw to pick the winner of Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy Buds3 Pro.

To be eligible for the competition you must:

1. Be subscribed to our newsletter, FrontFundr Weekly Newsfeed, and
2. Like our post announcing the challenge on social media - LinkedIn or Instagram.

(For those already subscribed to our newsletter, you just need to like the post on social media to be eligible.)

Once you have accepted the challenge by subscribing to our newsletter and liking the challenge post on social media (LinkedIn or Instagram), you can earn entries by competing in the below challenges:

1. Answer a Poll: We will share polls in our weekly newsletter for the next three weeks. Each week you answer a poll, you will earn 1 entry.
2. Submit Responses: We will be sharing thoughtful prompts in our weekly newsletter to learn more about your financial journey. Each response will be worth 2 entries.
3. Tell Your Story: In our weekly newsletter, we will be providing an opportunity to tell us more about your equity crowdfunding investment experience and goals. Share your story for 3 entries.
4. Refer a Friend: For every person you get to sign up for our newsletter, you’ll earn 4 more entries.
5. Leave a Review: Share about your experience on FrontFundr, positive or negative, by leaving us a review on Trustpilot. Earn 5 reviews for your review.
6. Make an Investment: Complete an investment in any campaign in FrontFundr’s Investment Opportunities between now and December 13th to earn 10 entries. This can include completing an investment that was started on or before the challenge start date of November 28th. (To qualify as a completed investment, the investment documents must be signed and payment must be received by FrontFundr).
7. Join our Elite Circle Membership: Sign up for our membership program by December 13th. for a 5x entry boost (meaning 5 entries earned could become 25 chances to win!)

For more information on the on the challenge, read the below:

1. Some of our campaigns may be completing their raises before December 13th. Monitor their closing dates closely and invest accordingly. We will be unable to accept investments in a particular campaign after the closing date has passed.
2. Any investment decision, or decision to create a FrontFundr account, is entirely at an individual's own discretion and in no way specifically encouraged or promoted by FrontFundr.
3. This initiative is not tied to nor is it a perk for a specific campaign or offering on the FrontFundr platform. This campaign has no direct association with any campaigns on the platform and is an initiative that FrontFundr is running on its own accord.
4. FrontFundr will announce the winners during the week of December 16th, 2024.
5. The promotion period may be extended at the sole discretion of FrontFundr.

Definitions

Offering: The securities offering for companies listed on the FrontFundr platform.

Perks: The additional benefits in addition to a Completed Investment.

Completed Investment: A purchase of securities in the Offering whereby the purchaser has duly signed the investment documentation and the investment amount has been cleared in the escrow account of FrontFundr.

Eligible Investment: A purchase of securities in an Eligible Campaign on the FrontFundr platform.
‍
Eligible Campaign: A capital raising campaign by any capital raising company listed on FrontFundr.

Promotion Period: The period commencing on November 28th and expiring on December 13th 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
