FrontFundr Financial Services Inc (The “Company” or “FrontFundr”, as a related entity) will be launching a VIP Membership program on Tuesday, October 22nd, FrontFundr Elite Circle, for investors who want an enhanced investing experience. The membership allows investors to:
To become a member of FrontFundr’s Elite Circle, there is a membership cost of $249.99 + tax per year. The Elite Circle membership is active for one year from the point of purchase. The membership will automatically renew every year. If you choose to cancel the auto-renewal of your Elite Circle membership, it will expire at the end of that year’s eligibility period, you will not be refunded the current year’s membership fee. You can cancel your membership in your investor dashboard at any time, or you can reach out to support@frontfundr.com.
Companies offering 10% bonus shares to FrontFundr Elite Circle members are companies that have opted in to participate in the Elite Circle program with an eligible campaign. Please note that not every offering will be eligible for the program. FrontFundr’s Elite Circle bonus shares do not extend to companies that have not opted in or do not have an active offering. To identify whether a specific company is participating in FrontFundr Elite Circle, look for the Elite Circle emblem listed in the perks section of the campaign.
Elite Circle members will also receive a 50% discount on FrontFundr’s processing fee each time they make an investment on the platform. If an individual decides to cancel their investment, they will be charged our standard FrontFundr processing fee again at the end of their membership period. There is no limit to how many investments you can make in one year to receive the discount. You will be able to view the savings earned through your Elite Circle membership on the payment page of the investment process.
Investors can purchase an Elite Circle membership during the payment stage of the investment process. You can also purchase it as a standalone product on this page. The Elite Circle membership costs $249.99 + tax per year, billed annually, and is set to automatically renew at the end of your membership.
To celebrate the release of this new membership program, FrontFundr will be offering Elite Circle memberships at a 50% discount until the end of the promotional period on November 30th, 2024. During this period, investors can register for the membership for only $124.99 + tax per year while receiving all of the above benefits. FrontFundr may decide to extend the discount period for the program membership costs at our sole discretion. For those who sign up for the membership during the promotional period at a discounted rate of $124.99 + tax per year, the membership will automatically renew at the standard rate of $249.99 + tax per year for the subsequent years.
As a special promotion for the release of the new membership, FrontFundr Elite Circle members are entitled to receive a welcome swag package on investments of $1,000 or more that are made within the first 60 days of signing up for the program. Elite Circle swag packages will be offered in three tiers:
We will be running this special 'welcome' promotion until February 21st, 2025. Sign up for the membership and complete your investment before this date to be eligible. The order will be placed after February 21st, 2025 and shipped to members shortly thereafter.
Definitions
Bonus Shares: Bonus shares are additional shares that a company issues to its shareholders free of charge, typically in proportion to the number of shares they own. You can learn more about them here.
Cancellation: The withdrawal of the Elite Circle membership program at which point you will no longer receive its outlined benefits at the end of your annual eligibility period.
Completed Investment: A capital raising campaign by any capital raising company listed on FrontFundr that has opted in to FrontFundr’s Elite Circle membership program.
Eligible Campaign / Eligible Offering: A capital raising campaign by any capital raising company listed on FrontFundr that has opted in to FrontFundr’s Elite Circle membership program.
Eligible Investment: A purchase of securities in an Eligible Campaign on the FrontFundr platform.
Elite Campaign: A campaign that FrontFundr anticipates could reach its maximum offering before the end of its offering term (maximum 90 days).
FrontFundr Processing Fee: This is a processing fee charged by FrontFundr to the investor for the services of processing their investment transaction.
Member: The status of being enrolled in FrontFundr’s Elite Circle. If a member cancels their membership, they will no longer have member status at the end of the membership eligibility period.
Membership: Investors are able to join a group of investors, or members, who will receive an enhanced investing experience in exchange for payment during the eligibility period of their membership which is one year. The membership auto-renews and is billed annually.
Offering: The securities offering for companies listed on the FrontFundr platform.
Perks: The additional benefits in addition to a Completed Investment.
Promotion Period: The period commencing on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 at 9:00am PT until Friday, November 29th, 2024 at 11:59pm PT.
Special Initiative: A new or limited offering that is not consistently recurring on the platform.
Swag: Promotional marketing material with FrontFundr corporate branding.
Giving everyone access to early-stage startup investing.
